Extrusions

  • Hold 0.001 tolerance for every 0.100 OD.

  • 80 different resins in stock available.

  • Extrusion of stretchable core.

  • Single and multi-lumens and profile configurations.

  • Over the wire extrude to size.

  • Large ID extrusions with thin walls.

  • Bump and taper extrusions.

Braiding & Coiling

  • A variety of metal wires and fiber strands to meet torque control, high flow rates and pressure stability.

  • Variable braid pattern and triaxle capability.

  • Single strand or multiple strands.

  • Offer 16, 32 and 48 wire braiding.

  • Configurations: One over one, One over two and Two over two.

  • 24 hr. braiding for small volume prototypes.
